The suite was just a few steps from the main pool which was very convenient. We had easy and quick access to the beautiful beach and the view is incredible. The rooms are spacious and the common areas are very comfortable and very pretty. The views throughout the resort were beautiful. The location is prime. We did not The market which is located next door is fully stocked has a large variety of food and beverage items. Service at the cafe was quick and efficient and the sandwiches and daily juices were delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and hard working. Kuddos to them for providing consistent and efficient service during busy hours throughout the day. A special mention to Oliver at the Front Desk who was incredibly professional, welcoming and delivered 5 star customer service. He is a valuable colleague who should be promoted to management. The front desk manager I had to deal with should learn some customer skills from Oliver to be honest. Many of our friends have gone to Cabo and stayed at all... read more the other well known places - and have been converts to VLE after visiting with us. The consistency of service, food quality, and just overall atmosphere is very compelling. The facilities are very nice and well maintained - and you can't help but want them to continue to be successful after staying there.

So many things to mention about our most recent visit in late August 2022 - but in particular Angela at La Casona (the nicer onsite restaurant there) - was very attentive to us along with Anais and Fredy. We weren't surprised because we often talk about how this restaurant has consistently been one of the best from a food and service perspective in all of Cabo - and would easily be competitive in any major city across the world. It is nice that Cabo is finally getting a couple other restaurants that are breaking into that list - as that is not an easy accomplishment.

The service was incredible. Fredy, Adrian, Anais, Selene, and Angela are so professional and made every visit feel so welcoming. My son and I both celebrated birthdays this week and the staff made sure to make our birthdays special.
