The service was average while the drink prices were high. I am glad I had the experience so I can check it off the list. When we first came to Villa La Estancia, we were greeted with “welcome home” and that was the warmth we received from... read more all the staff during our entire 9 day stay. Grounds are well kept and the rooms clean and cared for. Food was delisioso! Our faves were Tomatillos for dinner (farm to table located at hotel next door), La Casona (for breakfast), La Perrilla (poolside for lunch), and the deli/market which has the best breakfast bowl (yogurt, fruit, nuts). Our two young kids (5yo, 7 yo) enjoyed the pool and it was not overcrowded. The sister hotel- Villa Del Palmer had nightly musicals and they were entertaining. Villa Del Arco has an amazing restaurant, Neptune, overlooking the water and fresh seafood. Although we thought Villa Del Arco had bigger pools (and a cool pirate ship in the middle for the kids), we LOVED staying at VLEstancia and will definitely return! (Side note, you cannot use the sister hotel’s pools, however, we were ok with this so the pools did not get too crowded. Plus, VDPalmer seemed a little too loud for us). Special shout outs to Diego and Alberto for impeccable and efficient poolside service, even at the busiest times of the day. Estrella at the deli for her hard work. Elizabeth at the market for always having a smile behind her mask, our wonderful house service and to so many other employees during our stay. Muchos gracías por su ayuda y servicio!   I cannot say enough good things about Villa La Estancia. This is our favorite place to stay in Cabo...We love everything about it. From the moment we arrive... read more we are greeted with "Welcome Home" and are treated like family. The customer service is excellent, the resort is beautiful, the villa is fantastic and every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make our stay magical. Sandra and her team at the front desk ensure that check in (and out) is quick and seamless. The pool team knows when to leave me to rest and relax and when to bring drinks and food. Each evening we head to the Theme Night for an amazing buffet and even better entertainment from the resort staff who are a truly talented group of young men and women (Luis, Alana, Chloe, Tony, and most of all Laura) bringing their passion to the stage each evening. I could not be more proud of each one of them living their best life on and off the stage and helping to make my stay so memorable. They were such a big part of my birthday celebration being so memorable and for that I am blessed and will always be grateful.
